Refund Policy

At Little Tides Speech Therapy, each appointment time is reserved specifically for your child and family. In order to provide consistent, high-quality care and accommodate the needs of all clients, we ask that families review the following scheduling policies.

If you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment, please provide at least 24 hours' notice whenever possible.

Appointments canceled with more than 24 hours' notice may be rescheduled based on availability.

Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice, missed appointments, or "no-shows" may be subject to the full session fee.

We understand that unexpected illnesses and family emergencies occur. If your child is sick or an unforeseen situation arises, please contact us as soon as possible. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of Little Tides Speech Therapy.

We are happy to work with families to find a new appointment time whenever availability allows. While every effort will be made to accommodate rescheduling requests, alternative appointment times cannot be guaranteed.

Little Tides Speech Therapy does not offer refunds for completed services, missed appointments, or cancellations made outside of the required notice period.
